I Asked ChatGPT to Write a Sermon
Using, “Write a sermon based Luke 19:1–10 called ‘Your House’”
I wanted to check out the capabilities of ChatCPT and was working on editing a sermon for church. So I figured, why not see if it can create a sermon with the same title as the preacher’s?
Here’s what I got… I’m blown away at how well it worked:
Write a sermon based Luke 19:1–10 called ‘Your House’
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
Today, we read about a man named Zacchaeus who wanted to see Jesus. Zacchaeus was a chief tax collector, a wealthy man who likely gained his riches through unethical means. But despite his wealth and status, Zacchaeus was missing something in his life. He was missing the love and peace that can only come from knowing Jesus Christ.
Zacchaeus knew that Jesus was coming to his town, and he was eager to see Him. He ran ahead of the crowd and climbed up into a sycamore tree, just so he could catch a glimpse of Jesus as He passed by. When Jesus saw Zacchaeus, He stopped and looked up at him, saying, “Zacchaeus, hurry and come down, for today I must stay at your house.”
Brothers and sisters, let us think about what it means for Jesus to come to Zacchaeus’ house. Jesus wasn’t just coming for a visit. He was coming…
